很鬱悶！好幾次這樣子。 我辛辛苦苦工作一個多星期，打了無數次電話和開來無數次電話會議，終於把一個很重要的項目做完了。老板說要review，然後的按他的意見改動一下，最後是更高層圓桌會議討論然他們決定。可是會議上他都一個人說，根本都沒然我發言的意思，讓我很鬱悶。Did he take my credit? Because I was expecting to present myself since I did most of the work and I know every details.
From my observation, he likes talking and especially like the spotlight in front of the upper management. But I like to be noticed too. Other coworker has the chance to present himself on meetings like this if he did all the work. My husband told me to ask him directly why he do that since it bothers me, should I do so?
Background, my boss is white mid fourties-I guessed, just get promoted but did not to the level he wanted to be. He is kind of micro manager.
Should I just accept and should I confront him?
