Many were discussing the movie Thorn Birds online. I grow sentimental when I think of the movie and the novel. This is a movie that brings vividness to the book, which iS also among a few books i'd reread every couple years. The others are: Gone With the Wind, Dreams of the Red Chamber, The Proud Smiling Wonderer by Jin Yong. ... In the end, we are all thorn birds, Scarlett's and Melanies, the heros and heroines, striving to produce the best song for ourselves.
