精靈太厲害了，非常輕鬆的完成 toes to bar，我再 push 自己一下

做做這個 higher than toes to bar, 想叫 knees to bar, 實際上應該是比 thigh to bar 都更高了，差不多是 waist to bar, toes to the ceiling . Anyway, 名字不重要，就是達到提高鍛煉能力就可以了。
