我一直想怎麽在家裏做 Pull-up， 比如利用門檻，但沒有合適的東東。昨天在 BJ 還正好看到了完全按照我想法設計的東東， 哈哈，得來全不費功夫。這個除了 Pull-up， 還能放在地下做 Push-up, Sit-up, and DIP.
