I thought about keeping only one set of the rules for everyday life. but thought better of it. I will keep trach of the improvements I make over time so I would get an idea as to what I have been through.
get up at 7am. skin care a must.
breakfast at 8am. have to be healthy and filling.
lunch at 1pm. remember vegs.
dinner at 7pm. try to make it light.
skin care at night.
no food after 7:30pm. This is the one I'm focusing on right now.
practice dancing 1 hr.
practice working in high heels 1 hr.
study 4 hrs min.
