Coconut Macarooms

1. 200g shredded coconut (14tbsp)
2. 100g sugar (8tbsp)
3. 3 egg white
4. a pinch salt
5. Splash vanilla


Blend 3, 4, 5 and half 2 together, then add another half sugar. At last, add coconut, mix and bake.
