我兩次生孩子都有憂鬱症，尤其是第二次。我覺得現在已經基本上擺脫了它的束縛。雖然還是說不上有多快樂，但是至少能夠基本應付日常生活了。
我的經驗是在物質和精神兩方麵都需要進行改變。
