I think now we are somewhere between "Fear" and "Desperation". A lot of inventory. The reality is we are in recession, but nobody dare to say it. It's pure politics. I'm pretty sure when the next president takes office, he'll declare it and dump the sh*t causes to the previous government.

Back to our topic. It took about two years from "Euphoria" to the current stage. If it is symmetric, it will take about another two years to "Despondency" or "Depression". However, because of the government intervention, it will take longer for a common person to reach that "Depression" stage. I personally think it would be better for an investment in real estate between "Depression" and "Hope".
