32. Half the Fun Is Cracking the Nuts
This past weekend, I was glad to see fresh walnuts in the grocery store again. Some were whole walnuts with complete hard shells, and others were walnut kernel halves already taken out of the shells and ready to eat or use as a cooking ingredient. I did not hesitate and bought a bag of whole walnuts. After coming home and having a few walnuts, I was happy that I made the right choice -- although the nut shells were hard, cracking them with the right tools was quite enjoyable and made the taste better. Actually, I would even say that half of the fun is cracking the tough nuts!
