My Big Sister Yiyi
She is 17, in college, and her name is Yiyi! In a couple seconds you will read all about my big sister. Yiyi loves to laugh, take me to cool places, and she is very responsible about things.
Yiyi is always very responsible. When she was in high school, all her teachers loved having her in their classes. Yiyi passes in her homework on time. She never missed on day. Another thing that makes Yiyi responsible is that she does not need to be told twice about doing anything. If my Mom says to take the garbage out, Yiyi would get right on it. On the holidays we have days off. So Yiyi comes home from college and cooks me whatever I want for lunch. Anything!. If we don’t have the ingredients, we go to the supermarket together and buy whatever it is that we need. Yiyi always listens to other people. She follows directions very well. So, if my Mom tells her to get mail, Yiyi would listen to my Mom’s direction. My sister is the most responsible person I know!
Yiyi is extremely friendly! She is always nice, and never mean@. She will help anybody who is emotionally hurt or physically hurt. People love to be around Yiyi because she is always in a good mood. Each time you see her, she has a big, huge smile on her face. She smiles so much! Sometimes I wonder if that smile is ever going to get stuck! Yiyi loves to make other people love. She once said to me, “Hearing people laugh makes me feel so good inside!” All her friends adore how much Yiyi likes to make people happy. What is best about Yiyi si that she cares about everyone around her, if you are sad, mad, or even happy! She will help you and make sure you would have tons of fun!
Yiyi is 17 and she loves to drive around Glastonbury. She does not have her own car, so she often uses my Mom’s car. I love it when Yiyi takes me to places, for instance, shopping at the mall. We go to all the different stores and shop for clothes and little, tiny and color accessories. After that, we go to a restaurant for lunch. Yiyi usually takes me to Panera’s. I get a chicken noodle soup and a smoked turkey sandwich. We talk about what we bought and decide where we should go next. Yiyi thinks that we should go to ColdStone for dessert. She lets me choose on what I want to get and gives me awesome suggestions on what topping I should get. She would say that Grahm crackers would make it more crunchy mixed with ice-cream. I also have other places I need to go to. If I have a piano lesson or maybe swim team practice, Yiyi always makes sure I have terrific time.
I wish everyone could have a sister like mine: as responsible, friendly and as helpful! But don’t get any idea about stealing mine! She is already taken! :-)
