奧巴馬是美國建國兩百多年以來的第一位黑人總統，創下了不少新記錄。
官方估計，有兩百萬人參加了總統宣誓就職儀式，是華盛頓常住人口的四倍。
副總統的宣誓誓詞比總統的還要長。
"In reaffirming the greatness of our nation, we understand that greatness
is never a given. It must be earned. Our journey has never been one of
shortcuts or settling for less.”
好樣的。
慚愧了吧。有句話是 cry on somebody's shoulder，意思是 to get
sympathy from someone when you tell them your problems。唉，早知如此，
何必當初呢。這8年不但把家族的臉都丟盡了，關鍵是國家和人民得
付出巨大代價。
這回看我們創造曆史了。

順序給念錯了。人嗎，都會犯錯誤，第一次，可以原諒。將來在聽上訴的案子
時，是否也會對別人的失誤給予適當的原諒。
參加奧巴馬宣誓就職的人們來自四麵八方，喜氣洋洋，盡管氣溫在零度以下。
在全國各地不少的地方，人們把這一天稱為“奧巴馬日”，自動“放假”觀看
這一激動人心的曆史時刻。這是從來沒有過的曆史盛會。
