記者從沈陽警方獲悉，在互聯網視頻聊天中發表辱罵言論的當事人高千惠（女，21歲），5月21日，已被當地警方拘留審查。

據了解，高千惠早年父母離異，現寄居在親屬家，經常上網。5月20日下午16時許，高千惠在蘇家屯區一網吧準備上網進行娛樂活動時，因對網吧停止遊戲娛樂活動產生不滿情緒，遂錄製了辱罵視頻，在網上傳播後，造成了極為惡劣的社會影響。目前，當地警方正在對此案進一步審查。

高千惠已對自己的言論表示懺悔和道歉。

don't give me wrong, I think the girl's behavior is very very bad. She should feel shame. Especially after she grow up as an adult. She will learn her lessons. But 已被當地警方拘留審查, don't you think Chinese government over reacted? As far as I can tell, it has no freedom of speech. Need to work on it.
