AIG 門，恐怖門！美國人民被政客賣了都不知道
美國有線電視新聞網（ CNN ）一篇報道讓我讀後感慨萬千，也有點毛骨悚然，原來聯盟刺激法案允許發獎金。眼下鬧得沸沸揚揚的 AIG 獎金醜聞原來根源在國會或聯邦府，這裏藏有蛀蟲。
那些爭相表態要剝奪 AIG 經理們的獎金的民主黨領袖們，麵對一個很難回答的關鍵問題：為什麽在當初沒有采取措施，以防止這種獎金的發放？
民主黨參議院銀行委員會主席 Chris Dodd 說，他根本不知道那些豁免條款如何得以被插入最近通過的刺激法案。
哦，原來國會上個月製定刺激法案時，曾有一項動議以防止接受政府 Bailout 的部門主管亂發獎金。然而，最後被批準的法案裏，文字被做了手腳，原先的動議被拿掉了，並加進了讓 AIG 有豁免權的一些條文。
在有線電視新聞網采訪時， Dodd 否認自己插入了那些條文，並堅持，他不知道那些條文是如何被塞進法案裏的。
Dodd 告訴有線電視新聞網 “ 我當時起草的文件，沒有現在的語言。 ”
民主黨多位參議院領袖們也都否認他們對豁免條例塞入刺激法案知情。
奇怪的是，一方麵原有的限製條款被神不知鬼不覺地抽出，另一方麵讓 AIG 亂發獎金的豁免條款被悄悄的塞入刺激法案。
據說美國參議院通過了一項兩黨都支持的的修正案，旨在對那些獲得聯邦援助的公司發放的獎金征稅，除非該公司將這些獎金的錢還給政府。 但是，當時白宮和眾議院閉門匆匆談判時，這些條款被人拿掉了，卻未能發覺。
美國參議院財政委員會主席鮑卡斯說 “ 老實說，當時一切都很匆忙 - 我們談論的是讓刺激法案獲得通過，我沒有時間，其他的與會者也沒有時間來仔細查對許多已被大幅修改了的條款。
斯諾在接受采訪時告訴有線電視新聞網 “ 我們本不該走到今天這步，本應可以跨越這一坎，但我們沒能成功。” “我們嚐試了，但卻未能如願，這是一個悲劇，因此才有今天的這一切。”
總之－句話，從這件事中，國會議員們拿國家法令當兒戲，拿納稅人的血汗錢當手紙可見一斑。神聖的法案被他們肆意篡改，卻無人知曉，美國人民被他們玩於鼓掌之中。有一天，我們都被賣掉了，回頭這幫政客會斬釘截鐵地、痛哭流涕地說：
“我真的不知道是誰幹的，這是一個悲劇。”

CNN最新消息：參議院銀行委員會主席克裏斯托弗•多德（Dodd）告訴有線電視新聞網表示，他自己對語言添加到聯邦刺激法案負責。這是對他一天前的否定之否定。
Dodd承認他在這件所謂烏龍中所起的關鍵作用，但他把責任推給了奧巴馬政府，因為是政府官員施壓後，而別人又不願修改，才迫使他來了個“狸貓換太子”。
據說，政府官員擔心，如果不按原先的合同讓AIG發獎金，政府將麵臨許多訴訟。
看來，這件事會被政敵用來大舉攻擊，奧巴馬政府失信、民主黨要員失德，民憤越來越大，100天不到的奧巴馬新政將遭遇重大挫折。

立法征100%獎金稅也隻是口號,法律上很難成立。現在隻有AIG員工自己把獎金還回來才是唯一能討回的辦法。
目前AIG還有1萬六千億美元($1.6Trillion)賠償金合約暴露在信貸違約掉期(CDS)市場，（前麵已經消化了1萬兩千億），政府和AIG都要靠這些AIG員工處理掉這一萬六千億衍生性金融商品（credit derivative),隻有製造這些金融商品的AIG金融高手才知道最快最有效的方法處理掉或對衝掉這些金融垃圾。
如果這些高手一氣之下一起離開AIG，其他金融公司會馬上把他們請去，用他們對政府和AIG這一萬六千億暴露合約進行反對衝來賺取更多的暴利和獎金。納稅人的損失就遠大於這一億多獎金了。
這次納稅人被套牢了。
對極了。所有這些家夥屁股都不幹淨，隻是技巧高低而已。叫得最凶的也許最臭。那個Dodd周二大叫沒幹，周三又反悔了。原來他自己是原凶。
謝謝武勝.國會沒法阻止發獎金,但可以立法征稅討還.這也是一招。但我有點擔心，如果這招濫用會傷及無辜。國會權利太大也不好。
原先有人鼓噪讓AIG還錢，我覺得是瞎起哄。AIG本沒錢才找政府要的呀。他們把錢還給你政府，然後你再借給他，有什麽意義呢？
從社會階層角度看，這場金融危機實質是一場社會階層之間的財富大轉移： 華爾街金融帝國高級階層勾結政客通過製造“紙上財富“拿到巨額獎金的形勢將未來納稅人的財富轉移到自己口袋裏。
AIG的錯在於發獎金的事讓媒體走漏了風聲。。。

On Tuesday he said he had NOTHING to do with it. On Wednesday he said he DID have something to do with it. The latest is that he had something to do with it but ONLY becuase the Higher Ups told him to. Please verify all of this for yourselves. "I didn't" "I did" "I DID....but because I was told to." Oh my God....What a shame. PREDICTION: Barney Frank is NEXT. What a shame....

So they missed it. Chris Dodd and Treasury messed up on this in the rush to finish the bill. But I can tell you he is a good man and one of the most outspoken people in Congress when it comes to standing up for average Americans. Pass the windfall profits tax to recoup these AIG bonuses and get back to business.

Senator Dodd is nothing more than a two face politician. I am sure in his thoughts I CAN LIE TO THE AMERICAN PUBLIC AND NOT GET CAUGHT. Senator you can lie to us but sooner or later it will come out. If I the power to put you in jail you would be there along witth Barney Frank, and the SEC. Well. Obama has already taken "responsibility" has he not? Oh. Not really? Let's watch him toss this back to Bush. I'll bet Axelrod is already working on that teleprompter presentation. Let's just write this off along with earmarks, pork, lobbyists, and every other lie told to implant this socialist regime. Don't worry, Dodd and Frank are watching out for your financial future while Pelosi seeks Latino votes by keeping illegal workers working in California and Reid sets up his train set from Disneyworld to Vegas. 美國法律確實有其漏洞。國會立法者與大商家聯合其來欺騙老百姓。他們的任期沒用限製，他們可以往任何法案裏塞進自己的黑貨。法是他們定的，現在要改，真是比登天還難。
中國是人大與法，如果上麵有好人，還可以為老百姓做點好事。雖然這種可能性不大。

我同意你的部分看法。壟斷企業綁架經濟，綁架政府，綁架全民，一定要采取措施改變，否則後患無窮。
至於政府已有AIG80%的股份，政府是否有權對任何一項合同重新評估我也不懂。
美國完不了，奧巴馬倒確有大麻煩。
同意石頭人：實質應該修改《破產法》，有連帶責任才行，企業破產，相應高管也應隨之破產。
AIG之於政府有如兒子之於父母，父母（政府）離不開兒子（AIG），而兒子卻可以無所顧忌，破罐破摔。
