1) How strongly do you agree or disagree with your ratings? Why?
I agree with most of what is said about my leadership skills. I realize that I often compromise my ideas and principles for the harmony of my group, but I also compromise the harmony of the group in order to get the work done. I highly respect and enjoy listening to the ideas and opinions of others, even though they differ from my own.
2) To what degree do your fellow group members agree or disagree with your rating?
My group members agree with the general descriptions given by my rating. Although some information is a little off, most describe me as they view me.
3) What could you do to increase your rating?
In order to increase my rating, I should look for ways to creatively integrate task and maintenance activities for optimal productivity.
4) What could you do to help your fellow group members to increase their rating?
To increase my group members’ ratings and to increase the productivity of my group, I should provide creative inputs for them to take note of and contemplate, I should listen carefully to their opinions and ideas and give my own views and criticism, and I should also help by doing my best to cooperate and see that, together, the work will be done.
