When submit the request with output format ‘Excel’, the result is not in Excel file.
Solution:
Configure in System Profile:
Log in as System Administrator, Profile -> System, check User, put login ID, then search ‘%Viewer’.
Set ‘Viewer: Application for Text’ to ‘Browser’;
Set ‘Viewer: Text’ to “Browser’.
