聖誕曲奇

烤箱裏正烤這聖誕曲奇,要過節了嗎,總要有點節日滴氣氛。最近很忙,私房來得也少了,在這裏給大家獻上曲奇,祝大家聖誕快樂!



用料: 2 cups plain flour, 1/2 cup icing sugar, 200g butter, chopped, dark cooking choclate to decorate

作法:

1, Preheat oven to 180C or 160C fan. Line 2 baking trays with non-stick baking paper. Place flour, icing sugar and butter into food processor. Process in short bursts until mixture looks like breadcrumbs. Add 2 tablespoons of cold water and process in bursts until mixture forms small, moist clumps. Turn out onto non-stick baking paper, and gather the dough into a ball.

2, Roll out mixture on paper until 1cm thick. Cut into shapes. Place onto trays, and bake for about 12 minutes, until golden brown underneath. Cool on a wire rack.

3, Cook the cooking choclate, and spread onto cooled cookies.
