In the third quarter of this year, the new energy vehicle market maintained a high growth trend. According to the CCA, from July to September, the production and sales of new energy vehicles in China completed 2.661 million units and 1.967 million units respectively, with the production and sales volume reaching the sum of the first half of the year. The fast-growing market not only brings new sales growth points and performance growth points for car companies, but also makes the performance of Ningde Time and other head power battery companies set new historical records.

According to the third quarter earnings report released by Ningde Times on the evening of October 21, in the third quarter of this year, Ningde Times generated revenue of 97.369 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 232.47%, and net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 9.423 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 188.42%. In the first three quarters, Ningde Times achieved revenue of 210.340 billion yuan, up 186.72% year-on-year; net profit of 17.592 billion yuan, up 126.95% year-on-year. It is worth mentioning that, from the perspective of net profit alone, Ningde Times' net profit in the first three quarters has exceeded last year's annual net profit of 15.9 billion yuan. At the same time, the third quarter single quarter net profit exceeded the first half of 8.168 billion yuan net profit.
