為什麽日本有這麽多的長壽企業？

 

        同是亞洲國家、東方文化，日本有這麽多的長壽企業，而中國，竟然沒有一家百年企業，為什麽？！

1. 多數這些企業是家族企業，經營傳統或文化行業；

2. 企業的代際更替，通過兒子、女婿，或者日本特有、精選成年養子的傳統，完成品牌的傳承；

3.  The living company 作者有這樣一段話很有意思：“Companies die because their managers focus on the economic activity of producing goods and services, and they forget that their organizations' true nature is that of a community of humans.”

4. 在另外一篇文章一位MacAdvisor在讀者評論中，提到了社會環境：

技藝的臻熟完美，財富的平安積累，這些，都有賴於時間的積澱。

無疑，私有財產的法律保護，社會對企業家的寬容和尊重，對企業的生存至關重要。
