中秋晚宴:翠花排骨 熗黃瓜 翡翠豆腐 外加烤鴨 瑪格麗特小餅

       翠花排骨


經典翠花排骨人人都會做,我做了兩種,一種脆的,一種軟的。                                                                                                                                                                         翡翠豆腐                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          材料:     豆腐一塊 西紅柿2個 肉末少許 雞蛋2個 蔥 薑 鹽 雞精 醬油 糖                                                                                                                                          做法:  1 將肉末用醬油 糖稍淹一會兒。西紅柿切丁, 豆腐切小方塊,蔥 薑切末備用2 燒鍋倒少許油,放肉末炒至稍變色 再放西紅柿炒一會兒,放少許鹽,盛出備用 3 另起鍋倒油,蔥薑末 豆腐稍炒一會兒放一點點水,倒了肉末西紅柿,放鹽煮3-4分鍾,放雞精放少許澱粉,把雞蛋液澆在上麵 起鍋了蔥花(注:雞蛋液裏放少許鹽)                                     再近看看,是不是很誘人。老少皆宜                                      來張全景,外加老公的威士忌酒                                                                                                                    烤鴨
