最喜童言無忌，小兒初學作詩

星期五下午放學，老二從學校帶回一個袋子。她狠得意地告訴我：“ mom, I AM
the star student of the week!"

記得幾年前老大第一次拿到這個明星學生證書時，我還嗨了半天。以為真是我兒表現上乘。後來搞明白了美國老師的這一套，所謂的明星學生都是輪流坐莊的，這周張三是明星學生，下周就把這榮譽稱號給李四。要不然會傷害美國花骨朵們的稚嫩心靈的。

但我還是滿臉堆笑地對老二說：“ wow, I am so proud of you! You are such a great girl! " 馬屁大人小孩都受用，老二美滋滋的打開袋子，裏麵有一張紙！“mom, we need to do all these."

我一看紙上有一個list：
從小時到現在的照片；
你最喜愛讀的書；
3 個你喜歡的東西 to show and tell;
父母寫到一首詩或者一個故事關於你孩子的。寫完要裝在信封裏封好，老師要在課堂上分享給全班同學。

做晚飯時，女兒跟她爹就在樓上一起準備各種東西，兩人嘰嘰喳喳的到吃晚飯的時候，就隻剩下這個詩或者故事了。

誰知一吃完晚飯，女兒就嚷著要把這個弄完，我很是吃驚。蓋因老二從來沒有這麽認真過呢，她每次不到最後關頭不會做作業的。

你要是說：“ 寶貝我們趕緊把作業寫完，好不好？” 

人家就說：“ 我不想做。” 

“可是做完作業了你就會更聰明了呀。“

“ 我不想更聰明！”女兒回答。

我每次都要崩潰了，這個孩子從來都沒把心思放在學習上。

但這次這個明星學生到是讓她很有動力，難怪經常看到聰明的主人總在驢子前頭吊一根胡蘿卜.

我問老公：“ 你是要陪女兒準備袋子，還是要洗碗？” 老公向來不喜歡洗碗做飯。興致勃勃地陪女兒去了。

“daddy， you need to write a poem about me." 女兒通知她老爸。

“什麽，寫詩？我可不會寫。對了，你媽媽會寫詩，還是讓她來寫吧！” 老公說。

我一邊洗碗一邊聽著這父女對話。

“Mom, daddy said he does not know how to write a poem!" 女兒跑到樓梯口對我大喊。

“Oh，baby, he knows how to. He has a PHD degree!" 我大喊著告訴老二。碗都快洗完了想換任務，哼，門都沒有。再說了，老二也不聽我的話。

老公無奈，但吭哧吭哧半天，也沒寫出詩來。老二估計等不急了，說：“OK， dad,I am going to read, and you write it. "

Because she is so cute
She is smart
She is pretty
She help daddy organize books and clean up kitchen

Her mom loves her
Because she is so beautiful 
She is so happy
She is so kind
Best of all
She learns to clean her room, and she takes piano lesson, ballet lesson, swimming class, and singing class

Her sister loves her
Because she is so playful
She even stops during the middle of diner to write a card to mom and dad

When she was five years old, she wants to be a super hero and a vat

She was born in Atlanta when it was just snowed. That is why her Chinese name is "lanxue" meaning "Atlanta-snow".

That is why our family loves A.

我聽地忍不住大笑，這也太能自誇了吧! 不過她娘我也喜歡得瑟、馬屁自拍。有句話是怎麽來說著：“ the apple does not fall far from the tree." 用咱中文說就是“龍生龍，鳳生鳳，老鼠的兒子會打洞！”
