Again: Always Stop Loss

This morning's sell off got me again. This is the third time lately that I had to use AD to get out. I don't know why I am so out of control. I barely made it out at rebound from 1525 to 1536. The rebound is so weak, so I started to short, long to catch eash wave. At the end, account made ATH again, but I am not happy.

I really need to work on controling my stops. I didn't enter my stops in the fear of fake break out, which is quite common in future trading. But, I need a way to protect myself too. Suffering.
