今天突然發現AZ 的法律對於房產持有人的身份證件有了變動：Arizona Law provides that "satisfactory evidence of identity" for purposes of a notary's acknowledging signatures or performing jurats includes a "current form of identification issued by a federal, state or tribal government". Effective August 25, 2004, however, thie provision has been amended to provided that the current form of identification must be issued by "the United States government or a state or tribal government ...". 就是說國外政府發的身份證件不能用了！ 如果是短期來美國的人，隻有用護照和Visa, 為什麽要有這種新規定？ 你們州也是這樣？
