should I move to good school district or...

We are living in a soso school district now. There are many new SFHs built around my house, 3000-3800sq, $600-650,000, has good valley view. Houses in the good area(about 15mins away): 3-5yr old, 1900-2300 sq, $600-700,000....
Both of us are working, 2 kids(3yr and 3 mth), gross income around $150,000/yr, is it too much for us to apply $450,000 loan? should we go to the good school district or stay where we are now?
