兒子的成人感

孩兒他爸出差在外，俺想趁機給7歲的大兒子灌輸一點成人概念，建立其信心，就和他說，“You know in the old times, you'd be considered the man of the house when Daddy's not here. You'd be the one to take care of Mommy and your little brother."

本以為他會自豪感油然而生，並詢問我具體應該做哪些工作，誰知他倆眼一翻，說，"But we're not in old times, are we?"

又氣又笑之餘，想想這小子還是聰明的。下輩子我也能當小孩就不當大人！
