請教求助：電腦故障，開機電源和硬盤燈亮，但無啟動BIOS

芯片及機箱風扇都有工作，其它的就罷工了。不知是硬盤，主板，或CPU壞了。因為電源，風扇燈，和芯片及機箱風扇都有運轉，所以應該就是電源問題吧。而且奇怪的是按住前麵機箱的啟動開關關掉電腦後過一會，電腦居然會自行重新啟動。
幾天前電腦就開始出現問題，有時正常運行中會自行中斷並重新啟動。而且這樣重啟後速度極慢，電腦能變豬腦。需要重新關機並關掉總電源後再行啟動方能恢複正常運轉。
係統裝的是XP PRO。
另外想請問各位高手，如果重新裝機（XP PRO)的話，如何恢複以前硬盤中的文件。

Hi,
you mentioned a few of problems. I think the most important is to determine the source of problems: harddisk or CPU, to which you can do the test as following:
1) insert a floppy disk driver, which should be installed a starting system
2)turn on the computer and it should automaticly start from the floppy disk. Otherwise you need to do some BIOS configuration to make it.
If the computer normally starts, it means the problem is on the hard disk. Otherwise, it is on the computer itself(CPU).
