十多年前，因孩子們的緣故我開始接觸並喜歡上女兒們的偶像團體 Westlife。後來最具實力的 Brian McFadden 以要照顧家人為理由在2004年單飛，而這二首歌是收集在他單飛後所出的第一個專輯『愛爾蘭之子』裏。
Brian原本和英國著名電視節目主持人克裏有著一個美滿的婚姻，但是在 Brian和一個舞女發生了一夜情後，這椿婚姻觸了礁，最後導致離婚。
這二首歌曲是Brian對他那破碎婚姻的追悔和無奈，歌詞很感人（建議您一定要看這二首歌的歌詞）也很寫實。
最近因文學城裏的單親媽媽組和反家暴組的成員常來我們常青人生論壇，讓我感觸良多。
