BBC和各大中文報紙在內的海外中文媒體。再加上強大的國家力量，包
括經濟、商業、文化、教育力量的支持，再加上民運和反對派力量在這
方麵的完全無知，像瞎子、聾子，隻能被動挨打，他們的艱難處境，也
就毫不奇怪。

各位：
參加民運多年，總結了一點心得，想與大家分享．
去年，FBI公布了一個數字，近年中共通過文化交流，包括學術演藝
等理由進入美國的間諜，至少十萬人。這還不包括以開設公司經商和其
他名義出現的．聽起來是乎有點恐怖，但美國人見得多了，沒有在境內
現場逮到證據，就冷眼旁觀，一旦拿到了證據就抓人或驅趕出境，這樣
的新聞常常出現。當然，司法程序上有點點瑕疵，便入不了罪，如加州
陳文英案，就因法官認為檢方有一個環節沒有做好，就撤銷了她所有罪
名，大量的證據變為廢紙．但是，阻嚇作用是起到了，至少他們認為這
條線是收斂了．這就是美國人的做法，抓是抓不完的，與其讓新麵目出
現，不如留下老嘴臉看他表演。
引入我的正題．在我們這個鬆散的隊伍中，中共的眼線怎可能缺席
呢？在圈中時間長一點的人心裏都有數，哪些人是人品道德上的問題、
哪些人是性格問題、哪些人是一時糊塗站錯立場、哪些人是真正帶著任
務而來．對於前三種，可以采取勸導、團結、包容，也可以斷絕私交、
甚至老死不相往來，唯一在對抗中共的各種活動中必須協作，因為那是
我們的共同理念，是我們背井離鄉流亡海外的共同原因；對最後那種人
因沒有證據，不能輕易妄下定論，更忌諱到處去講，隻要心裏明白不受
其立場觀點左右即可，我們大可與這種人作私人好朋友，對民運有利的
事就放手去做，合作反共，而原則是，不受私情影響、不改變立場、堅
守底線．
混進我們隊伍中的中共特務，可能有全職半職及記件之分，隻要秉承
上述原則，萬變不離始終，沒什麽大了不起！這是＂你中有我，我中也
有你＂．在紐約，很多人都說這個圈又亂風氣又不好，但有一點很重
要，民運的大方向和主流沒有走歪，沒有偏離我們的初衷，我們一起搞
活動的人，常見吵架，也有連話都沒有一句，更沒有私交的，平時各個
團體搞各自的事情，但對外或一旦有大的活動時，大家始終立場一致、
共同協作．對幾乎打正牌或十分露骨的可疑分子，該出手時就出手，我
們一點都不好欺負！去年，我們就公開抵製某個太過分的所謂老牌＂民
運人士＂參加我們民聯的會議和活動，理由並不是他是特務（因為我們
不可能有由中共提供的證據），隻是針對他的某些行為及長期存在的問
題，認為他已背叛了民運人士的基本立場，在紐約，無論他怎樣四處打
電話謾罵、網上攻擊造謠，始終沒有市場，因為這種靠政府醫保救濟卻
可自費參加全球各地民運會議、私下又稱不屑為民運人士、時常出入大
陸並暢通無阻的人說的話，難以讓人信服。或許，過一段時間或在其它
地區，他可能再進入我們的圈中，我們當然是抱開放態度，能參與做事
就好，我們依然堅守底線。
針對有人說“特務也可以搞民運”的言論，我有這樣的看法：我們與
中
共的立場絕然相反，有他一黨獨大的政治體製存在，我們隻有坐牢逃
亡；有我們的主張要自由民主，就不可能有獨裁的政黨，水火不相
容．中間的灰線僅僅是，我們以什麽樣的方式推翻獨裁統治、體製內開
明人士可能引發的裂變，但做法、形態完全不同，這是各自的身份背景
所決定的。為中共做眼線的人，我們視為惡狗，狗雖有通人性的一麵，
但與人就是有本質上的區別，況且是咬人的惡狗！引以為豪的，隻有是
它的主人，一個被咬的人有什麽心情去為它歌功頌德呢？特務搞民運是
要搞垮民運，我們搞民運是要搞垮中共，即它的主人，二者隻有在其一
隱藏或改變立場的情形下才能走到一起，否則，依然水火不容。我認為
此言論就算作為調侃，不貼切也不可取。
[按：中共“特務也可以搞民運”，但在美國，他們必須先向FBI自首備
案，才是合法的。不自首備案搞民運就是非法的，違反美國法律，就是
不能搞！
