地處山東省微山縣魯橋鎮最北端，微山湖北岸，泗河東岸有一所南王小學，
南水北調工程、濟東煤礦奪走了這個村三千多畝耕地，到處積水塌陷，莊稼顆粒無收，村裏的農民，四處奔波謀生。 多數的孩子成了留守兒童……

二十年了，學校，為什麽還是這個樣子，山東省微山縣，當官的都在幹什麽？我真的很想知道，每一天都在喊口號，為什麽？這些孩子沒有人管呢，這些教室裏，好多都是七八十年代的房子，很多都是危房，陰暗潮濕，孩子們怎麽能得到好的教育？“在窮不能窮教育，在苦不能苦孩子”，可在現實眼前，都是在演戲，村幹部，鄉幹部，縣幹部，都是主角，孩子們就是被戲劇裏，永遠也演不到的幕後。
