    昨天，南京外事辦公室主任蔣建鳴到博訊記者孑木家，告知孑木，近期孑木進行的係列采訪報道是“非法采訪”，並明令禁止。
    
    博訊近期在大陸的記者采訪活動是遵照奧運會期間對媒體適度開放的明文規定進行的，即：國外媒體不需要任何部門審批，隻要被采訪當事人、單位同意，就可以進行采訪。對於南京市有關部門的幹預，博訊會密切關注，並希望有關部門提供有關文件。
    
    以下是記者孑木針對此事寫的呼籲：

我該向誰述說！
    2007年3月16日星期五下午，南京“外事辦公室”主任蔣建鳴（86+25-83377623、手機.[phone]）先生和兩位（未知姓名），的國家“工作人員”來我（孑木）的家。蔣主任詢問了我有關“南京香料廠”和“將軍廟打人事件”采訪過程之後，蔣主任說我是“非法采訪”，同時也“禁止我以後采訪”，並拿走了我博訊的記者證。
