BBQ & Picnic in Marie Curtis Park,Aug.5,2012

We went to Marie Curtis Park to BBQ & Picnic again this Sunday. There were Jane,Jonas,Jianhong,Oscar and us.

 

Jane made seaweed cold dish,Jianhong made starch noodle cold dish,pan cake and Lemon cake which were very yummy.I made a beef cold dish.Also we had fruits,salad,juice,water.

 

Aaron was the BBQ chef,today he grilled some sausages and most important-first time he grilled the goat kebabs.Jane,Jonas and Jianhong put the fresh,small pieces of goat meat on the kebabs.Aaron grilled them on the grill while non-stop sprinking cumin,pepper,chilli,salt,paprika powders on the meat.

 

The kebabs smelled so nice. Also they tasted yummy but chewy.Next time we should buy the shoulder part of the goat with some fat on it.It will taste better than the lean meat.

 

We love BBQ!And summer is BBQ season.
