my baby visits her padiatrician and has her first vaccine shots.

My baby is two months old now.Today she visits her pediatrician Dr.Zaazou and receives her first three vaccine shots.It is the regular vaccine shots for all the babies. They can prevent babies from getting Diphtheria,Tetanus,Pertussis,Polio,Hib,Pneumo-conjugate-13 and Rotavirus.She needs to receive more shots when she is four months old.

 

My baby was brave. She only cried for a short while when the needles got into her legs.The nurse said the shots should be painful. She handled the needles well.

 

She weighed 10.5 lbs (4.87kgs).It is normal weight at her age.

 

Again we met with Norah and her parents,grandma. Two families exchanged some information about babies. Also we met with another Indian family with the baby girl Sarah who was born same day. I remembered them for we were at the same waiting room in the hospital that day while we were deliverying the babies. Three babies are the same,so cute and healthy. Thank God.

 

Next appt.is on May 1. She will get more vaccine shots that day.
