針灸用來止痛、治病，早就是人人皆知的醫學常識，這是我們中國老祖宗留給世人的最好禮物之一。但是把細細小小針插入穴道，可以幫助婦女懷孕，這是真的、還是牽強附會呢？

這項試驗由馬裏蘭大學醫學院的 Eric Manheimer 主導，研究團隊把試驗結果刊登在2008年2月7日出版的英國醫學期刊 (British Medical Journal)。研究團隊一共做了七項試驗，裏麵包括1366位接受試管受精的婦女，這些婦女分別來自美國、德國、澳大利亞、丹麥。

文章結論說∶針灸可以使試管受精率提高65%。
