Max的周記

本學期的每周五，Max班的小朋友都會在課堂上寫一篇周記給家長，Max的周記都是寫給我的，請允許我自我得意一下。我覺得他寫得滿可愛的，他們體育課開始的新單元—玩世界各地的兒童遊戲,也很有趣。

Dear Mom,

This week in gym we started a new unit and it wasgames from around the world. The first place we did was Ireland. The next placeof game we’re going to is Italy then I think China. But I can’t remember theother country.

For Ireland, we played Benchball. You have two teamsand one person from each team stands on a bench on the other side of his/herteam. The people on their team blocks the person on a bench on their side. Atthe same time they have to throw the balls to person on the opposite on thebench. The team of the person on the bench who catches the most balls, wins.

We also learned where Basketball comes from. It camefrom America but was invented by a Canadian, Nai Smith. So Canadians says it’sfrom Canada but people from America say it’s from America.

I really like our new unit!

愛爾蘭的兒童遊戲Benchball很好玩，Max班的同學都愛玩。向Max了解到的遊戲的大致規則見下，感興趣的小朋友都可以玩。

Benchball規則：

長方形場地，從中分界。兩條長凳各置一端。

遊戲參加者分為兩組，每組有一名長凳隊員。兩名長凳隊員相對而立，站到對方一側的長凳上。其他隊員在各自場地內活動，不得越界。

雙方有相同的球數。遊戲參加者向自己的長凳隊員扔球，同時也要攔截對方的球、不讓對方的長凳隊員得到球。

長凳隊員得到球可以再投給自己的隊員。

最後以長凳隊員接得最多的球的一方得勝。
