女兒的學校今天是Bake Sale,我給她做了榴蓮熊貓蛋糕。每年學校的Bake Sale,我都給學校做榴蓮蛋糕,很受歡迎。榴蓮很適合做蛋糕,做出的蛋糕有獨特的濃鬱香味,有不愛吃榴蓮的人,但很愛吃我做的榴蓮蛋糕。
我實際上是將香蕉蛋糕的製作方法改良成榴蓮蛋糕的,把將香蕉改為榴蓮。蛋糕的方法如下:
Crease a 9 X 9 X 2 -inch baking pan.
Preheat oven to moderate(350°)
Whirl fully ripe bananas(about 3) in container of electric blender to make a cup of puree.
Add a cup vegetable oil and2 eggs, while until well blended.
Sift 1 and 1/2 cups siftedall – purpose flour, 1 cup suger, a teaspoon baking soda and 1/2 teaspoon saltinto a medium – size bowl.
Pour banana mixture all atonce into dry ingredients, mix just until blended.
Pour into prepared pan; rapon table to remove any large bubble.
Bake in preheated moderateoven (350°) for 45 minutes or until center springs back when lightly pressed.
