   這是我前不久寫的一首英文打油詩。

About Us

I am a mother,

S. is my daughter.

She has a young brother.

   About six years ago,

From Beijing, China, 

My family came to Toronto.

    I was a teacher before.

I taught Statistics.

A university, I worked for.

    In Canada, I became a house wife.

I take care of my children and

Wrote stories for the first time in my life.

    S. was five years old

When she arrived in Canada,

The weather was very cold.

    Is growing up in Canada, my daughter.

I wrote a lot of stories and poems

Which are based on her.

    Presently, she is eleven

In a gifted program

In grade seven.

   She helps me

With my English.

She revises each story.

    We are proud to say

We work very hard. We hope

Our works can be published one day.
