John(約翰福音）:
16:33 我將這事告訴你們，是叫你們在我裏麵有平安。在世上你們有苦難。但你們可以放心，我已經勝了世界。
These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
Romans（羅馬書）:
8:28 我們曉得萬事都互相效力，叫愛神的人得益處，就是按他旨意被召的人。
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
Philippians（菲利比書）:
4:12 我知道怎樣處卑賤，也知道怎樣處豐富，或飽足，或饑餓，或有餘，或缺乏，隨事隨在，我都得了秘訣。
I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.

I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
James（雅格書）:
1:2 我的弟兄們，你們落在百般的試煉中，都要以為大喜樂。
My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations;
1:3 因為知道你們的信心經過試驗就生忍耐。
Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.
1:4 但忍耐也當成功，使你們成全完備，毫無缺欠。
But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.
