中國駕照可以在IL租車

因為最近親戚要來美國，我倆計劃不是8月份就是12月份出去玩，所以我剛才就打電話給budget的租車公司問了一下。人家說可以，我問他does he have to translate his chinese driver license into english, the lady on the phone told me no, but in order for him to rent a car, they need to have his address in america.
但我想保險起見，還是應該在中國翻譯和公正一下，以防萬一。
