前些天去的Kripalu Center For Yoga and Health.麻省挺有名的一個機構，很大，30年曆史。Program topics include wellness, Ayurveda, nutrition, fitness, personal growth, relationships, meditation, spiritual practice, professional training, and much more. 大概最初引入印度佛教和瑜伽。餐廳同時為4、500人服務，素食好吃極了。這些佛的畫像掛在牆上，很喜歡。





與主講人Gregg Braden 的合影。我當時是沒穿鞋有襪子的站著，他是穿了增高的鞋站在我和比爾中間，所以他大概真正有1.64米的個高。這正是讓我佩服的地方,他這輩子要多大的心裏意誌，克服自己超矮的身體缺陷，而取得現在的成功。上個月他在華盛頓的幾千人的講座，居然有幾個國會議員到場（就他的‘非傳統’的研究領域來說）。他早期的地理科學和計算機科學的背景，也是他自己的能力，參與了美國國防係統裏，最尖端的導彈防禦係統開發。後來辭職，出來搞現在的研究。如果沒有教會宗教，沒有政府限製，我覺得他應該在Spirit Science一領域載入青史。

他平時的演講，都是幾百幾千人的大地方。向我們這次的50人3天小規模，他也很喜歡，互動好。包括我的幾個女的都是穿著舒服的衣服，或坐地下，或練瑜伽打坐一般盤腿做椅子上，舒舒服服，輕鬆自然的聽講座。他看來在第二次婚姻裏找到了幸福，居然課餘聊天，問我和比爾是如何認識的，聽比爾說我們的故事, 然後講他的“神奇”戀愛故事。 很飯他。

企鵝先生主抓精神生活後，再抓物質思想，z接著的周末，不給休息時間，非要帶我去聽個理財講座：Millionaire Mind Intensive.
意外的是，這個2天的講座，還包括幾次healing內容。比如讓你反思，原生家庭的父母的花錢STYLE是什麽從而影響了你。一個女孩站起來分享：他的父親工作一天後，回到家裏，看到母親花100元買了個漂亮花瓶，一巴掌掃到地下粉碎，暴怒責怪她媽媽。自此對這個女孩子一生都有影響。

還有個移民家庭長大的，爸爸非常辛苦工作，沒時間陪他玩，媽媽一天到晚說：你爸爸為了你們，早晚要累死。結果，他13歲的生日那天，以為父親會休息陪他玩，不幸父親意外死了。還有個黑人女法官，很動感情的哭訴，她媽媽是女強人，沒得到幸福，到她這裏，還是成功有點錢的婦女找不到幸福，等等，挺多傷感例子。

好笑的是，當主講人讓大家閉上眼睛，讓大家想想相關方麵受到的傷害，把那些人放在眼前，說我原諒你之類的話，進行HEALING, 我實在找不出，（估計這兩年都被企鵝先生治好了：），幹脆，把耶穌，老子，各家佛祖請到眼前，然後他們都對我說：企鵝，你已經做得很不錯了!!! 哈哈哈。


這次講座裏的一個活動是鍛煉膽量，以喉斷箭。就是兩個人麵對，一個人是推手，手掌頂住箭尾，另一個人把象子彈一樣鈍的箭頭放在喉嚨窩上n邊，伸開雙臂，身體前傾去斷箭。事前讓簽生死狀，100人裏有5個人拒絕參與，推出大廳。其實每人都有點害怕的。雖然10人一小組，有組長給當推手。我和企鵝先生絕對不用別人，而相互操作




不過這次活動也真正點醒了我一點，就是海龜兩年做生意的經曆裏，隱隱受到的”傷害“ 和存下來的負麵觀念。 減弱了“無商不奸”， “做生意就比較昧良心”的看法和意識。

最後讓寫心得時， 我故意搞笑的填寫 RICH PEOPLE ARE----------LOVELY！ RICH PEOPLE ARE---------RAW MODEL！企鵝先生被我逗得哈哈大笑。
幾個月前，讀到愛因斯坦的格言，就有了下麵的理解和心得：節選一 ＂A human being is part of the whole called by us universe, a part limited in time and space. We experience ourselves, our thoughts and feelings as something separate from the rest. A kind of optical delusion of consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from the prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty. The true value of a human being is determined by the measure and the sense in which they have obtained liberation from the self. We shall require a substantially new manner of thinking if humanity is to survive. (Albert Einstein, 1954)＂ 我個人的理解：人類就是我們稱之為宇宙的整個的一部分，那個有時間和空間限製的部分。作為被隔離的那部分（地球是被隔離的是因為宇宙本身是沒有時間和空間限製的），我們的人生就是經曆自我，思想和感覺（人生就是經曆和體驗）。有一種意識和認知的錯視幻象，就象一個監獄，障礙了我們的個人意願，和對身邊人的親近。我們的任務就是釋放天性，接近自然萬物。每個人的真正價值就是反映在解放自己的天性的意識裏。
The religion of the future will be a cosmic religion. It should transcend personal God and avoid dogma and theology. Covering both the natural and the spiritual, it should be based on a religious sense arising from the experience of all things natural and spiritual as a meaningful unity. Buddhism answers this description. If there is any religion that could cope with modern scientific needs it would be Buddhism. (Albert Einstein)將來的宗教就是宇宙宗教（太符合俺的信仰了，嗬嗬），它應該是追求更高的自我，而不是教條神學。擁有自然和精神的兩個方麵，它應該是基於人的精神與自然萬物為一體的（萬物皆有靈，或人，自然界，乃至地球，都是一體的）
