The idea board is a group of people with differing business experiences who use the company's products religiously and have a clear understanding of who the customer  is and where the business should be in 5 years. ..Profit is an outcome of teh product and the people who run the company.

The thing that separates visionaries from most of humanity is their tendency to wonder about what they could do or how different their lives or their products could be.

to be a holistic product developer, you have to do more than imagine something new; you also have to embrace novelty, commit to it. You have to feel that making something different, better and special is the most important thing.
In so many firms there are imaginative people whose brilliant ideas are frequently discarded in favour of sustaining the statues quo.
