Recipe for kid

I have been browsing this web site for a while for the recipe. This is my first post. I wonder who could kindly share your recipe for young kid or direct me to related post. My son is 6 years old and he is very picky eater, it is always a stuggle to make him sit in front of dinning talbe. Any information would be appreciated!
