原料:番茄250 克,蔥白10 克,鮮菇250 克,蒜片10 克,精鹽0 克,濕澱粉30 克,白糖少許,花生油60 克,味精0.5 克。做法:1.將番茄放開水中燙一下,去皮、去籽,切成厚片,鮮菇去蒂洗淨,切成片。2.炒鍋上火,待油燒至六成熱時,下蒜片熗鍋,即下鮮菇翻炒,摻湯少量略煮至軟熟,再加番茄及上述調料鏟勻。濕澱粉勾芡,起鍋即成。
