ISPH開始要考慮慢慢減了,偶然翻出和一網上朋友三月前的對話,覺得有點意思,貼於此:

Thanks for PMing. I bought ISPH a few days ago but currently it is only 1.5% of my holdings. If it drifts down towards $4 with no significant bad news, I may add up to 8%. Considering GILD paid $365 million to get the privately held company, Corus, primarily for its CF related drug candidate, I do think ISPH has potential to double within 1 year while the down side is limited which is manifested by less than $1 drop when it got the second approvable letter for its dry eye compound.
I do not know if VRTX has lots of potential. I quickly lost interests when I saw it already tripled since last year. I guess it has a strong pipeline, but 4B market cap is a bit steep for a company that has no marketable drug and is going to face FDA action. In addition, constant insider selling is a bit worrisome. Anyway, I always feel uncomfortable buying into a stock that has experienced significant appreciation within a relatively short time frame.

You had mentioned about ISPH. I responded with some BS and mentioned that VRTX might be worth looking into also. Alas, I didn't actually do it. VRTX is up 16.25% since then and ISPH is up 2.75%. VRTX may have just had it's little run, maybe ISPH is next.
Have you looked into ISPH further? Did you actually pull the trigger on either of these?
Just curious,
