編劇：王東潮、牧童 導演：王宏橋 主演：郭德綱、於謙、彭玉、薑超 內容提要 　　古代某縣城的縣令郭台和父母、丫環、師爺、衙役同住在衙門之內,他們之間不斷地因為誤解發生著有趣的故事。郭台喜歡老夫人的丫環虎妞,但是老夫人受舊觀念的影響,為了郭台的仕途堅決不同意倆人結為秦晉之好,為此郭台和虎妞與老夫人之間矛盾不斷,老太爺和老夫人一心想讓郭台謀求更大的官位,但是郭台與他們的想法不一樣,為此時不時地發生衝突。郭台斷案表麵糊塗,但是,每次都能斷的清正廉明。衙門裏的於師爺沒事時全是主意,等到正事時,出的全是餿主意,給郭台找了不少的麻煩。縣城有個地紳鮑瑜,為霸一方,經常做出惡事,郭台每次都能懲惡揚善,給鮑瑜教訓。衙門裏來來往往的客人,圍繞著他們也不時出現喜劇故事,比如:書聖茂才到衙門裏來,老夫人為了不讓郭台和虎妞相好,要將虎妞介紹給書生茂才成親,郭台巧用計謀讓茂才娶了趙財主的女兒,將虎妞繼續留在了衙門之內,等等。
