Expose Immigration Marriage Fraud Cases

I am a victim of Immigration Marriage Fraud. I have been deceived by a woman who pretended to love me to gain residency through marriage. After officially marrying her and sponsoring both her and her son, her demeanor entirely changed. She started creating arguments, claimed sexual indifference, and lived separately despite being in the same apartment unit. Her ultimate goal was to tarnish my reputation with criminal records.

In a desperate move, she manufactured fake evidence and concocted false statements to present in court. This act of betrayal came even after I sought guidance from Service Canada and they recognized this is marriage convenience, they requested me to file a status of declaration, put me back to single, guided me to report Immigration, Canadian Border Services and to the RCMP especially she treated me if I file for marriage annulment. 

For whole of this relationship she never spend a penny even right after living separately, and I was the one finance both of them until they got all the legal papers for all the benefits through this marriage to the day they both escaped. In addition, when I filed a marriage annulment and restraining order as the RCMP encouraged me to do so, she hired lawyer started playing legal tricks, and the court was wrongly did a favor switch the marriage annulment to family matter without I knowing.

By then the court set up a half day special hearing, and the judge didn't act as a arbitrator to analyze then move forward for further trial, which the judge just simply counted that we had several months normal relation even I repeatedly mentioned that it was before I file the official marriage and sign the sponsorship agreement, especially I pointed the list of evidence and statements I filed, and for the multiple fake evidence and statement filed by the Defendant, and the judge still announced to dismiss this marriage annulment and order me to pay the legal costs to the Defendant...

Unfortunately, cases like mine are not isolated. According to Citizenship and Immigration Canada, there are numerous instances where individuals exploit marriage laws to gain residency status financially and emotionally damaging unsuspecting Canadian citizens. Statistics reveal hundreds of reported cases, and many more go unreported due to victims feeling ashamed or helpless.

The reason why I fall in this since mainly I am struggling with discrimination of small-town political abuse to me, my family and my business of Standard Hotel (Here is my petition of anti-discrimination: https://chng.it/B4fDptk6DS ) that I didn't have energy struggle for relationship if she is not too much. And the time period of this relation that I was alone for years struggle for fair justice, plus the Covid-19... Now I am struggling at the Court of Appeal of Alberta.

This petition calls for increased awareness and stricter penalties for individuals exploiting immigration laws through fraudulent marriages. By enhancing the verification process during spousal sponsorship and conducting thorough background checks, we can deter deceit and ensure the integrity of Canada's immigration system. Additionally, providing protection and resources for victims can empower more people to speak up against such exploitation without fear of their own legal repercussion or personal stigma.
