綠卡的補發及換新

你沒有收到綠卡，或是綠卡不見了，移民局會告訴你填寫 I-90 去補發。
另外，如果你的十年綠卡到期，年滿 14 歲，或有居住/通勤之變化，也用 I-90 表格。
表格的另外用處，就是更正綠卡上的信息，不管是移民局出錯還是自己改名或其它信息。
還有，過去的不帶有效期的綠卡，已經作廢。要填此表來換新的。
當 I-485 批準之後，你卻遲遲沒有收到綠卡。隻有你收到過 "we ordered production of your new card" email，才能填 I-90. 因為你的綠卡還沒有製作的話，你隻能去當地的移民局，要求蓋 I-551 綠卡章。
對於臨時綠卡來說，填寫 I-90 是申請一張具有同樣有效期的臨時綠卡，而不是將臨時綠卡轉正。將兩年期的臨時綠卡，轉為十年期綠卡，正確的申請表格是 I-751（婚姻綠卡）或 I-829（投資綠卡）。

綠卡選此項。
b. Permanent Resident - (Commuter)
不居住美國而在邊境通勤者綠卡，選此項。
c. Conditional Permanent Resident
兩年的臨時綠卡選此項。（再說一遍，不能轉正）
2. Reason for application: (check one)
I am a Permanent Resident or Conditional Permanent Resident and:
a. My card was lost, stolen or destroyed.
原卡丟失、被盜或被毀
b. My authorized card was never received.
未曾收到（寄往你當前地址的綠卡沒有退回移民局的話，你不選此項而是上麵的 a）

d. My card was issued with incorrect information because of a USCIS administrative error. I have attached the incorrect card and evidence of the correct information.

申請清單：
- I-90，和申請費（14 歲僅指紋費 $80）
- 綠卡複印件（綠卡到期）
- 綠卡複印件或駕照、護照（綠卡丟失）
- I-485、I-751、前 I-90 收據複印件，並雙份 I-90（綠卡未曾收到）
- 法庭文書或結婚證（綠卡改名）
- 有出錯信息的綠卡，並雙份 I-90（綠卡信息出錯）
- 綠卡上的信息有誤，是移民局出了錯（如出生地是大陸被列成台灣）。
如果是申請人的失誤，不能以 2(d) 申請，而是 2(e) 並要附費。
- 綠卡從未收到。
如果綠卡是寄往申請人的當前地址，且沒有退回移民局，申請人不能以 2(b) 申請，而是 2(a) 並要附費。
你及時更新了地址，卻沒有收到寄往老地址的綠卡，退回移民局與否均無費。
- 申請人隻是因為年近 14 歲注冊，而原有綠卡到 16 歲才到期。

我的情況是性別搞錯了，要改。但是新版的i-90和instruction沒看到要交雙份的要求。
還有Part 3 Question 3:
3. City of residence where you applied for an immigrant visa or adjustment of status.
我也覺得要填身份調整時所居住的城市。但是instruction裏麵卻寫了：
List the location of the U.S. Embassy or consulate or USCIS office where you filed your application for an immigrant visa or adjustment of status.
我覺得是uscis搞錯了。不知道我的理解對不對。
