The author put together 47 methods for financing a transaction besides conventional financing. Very eye opening. Some of the ideas are really creative that I can never think of.
Starters will easily get excited by its title, however, I would say the title is a little misleading because most of the methods are more suitable for seasoned investors who have owned properties or lands or stocks to manipulate. Very small portion of the methods are for people with little cash or equity.
The book is light and easy to read. Each method is 2 to 4 pages. I keep it in my purse and read it whenever I am inline or have small chunk of time.
