中國大陸的EB-1申請者不再需要排隊

對於中國大陸的EB-1類別申請人士，現在不需要再排隊(Visa retrogression). 這部分人士可以提出其I-485申請，又或者同時提出其I-140及I-485的申請。請看以下信息： EB-1 Category is No Longer Retrogressed for Mainland China Petitioners The first preference category for employment-based visas (EB-1) is current once again for applicants who were born in Mainland China. This visa category enables people with Extraordinary Ability or Outstanding Professors and Researchers to apply for an immigrant visa. If you have already filed your Immigrant Visa petition (I-140) under the EB-1 category and you are from China, then you are now eligible to submit your Application to Adjust Status (I-485). Also please note that if you have not yet submitted your I-140 in the EB-1 category and plan to do so, you can submit both your I-140 and I-485 concurrently at this time.
