2006年6月的最新Visa Bulletin

Department of State最近已經公布了6月份的Visa Bulletin。從最新Visa Bulletin情況我們可以看到第一類優先的排期有較大幅度的前移，而第二類優先的排期也有一定的前進。以下請看有關信息： The Department of State has released the June 2006 Visa Bulletin. This Bulletin shows strong movement for the first preference Employment Based category and some movement for the second preference Employment Based category. This includes a one year jump for first preference applicants from China and six months for first preference applicants from India. Second preference applicants from China saw their date move forward six months since last month’s bulletin, but there was no movement for second preference category applicants from India. As usual, the least amount of movement is seen in the Employment based third preference category, where there was some movement from 2 months to one week across the board. Please review this chart to see if your priority date is current. Remember that if you are a Labor Certification beneficiary, your priority date is determined by the date on which your employer filed your Labor Certification. If you skipped the Labor Certification stage, then your priority date is the date on which you filed your I-140.
