By: Beth Robertie, Esq. 如果在你的移民或非移民申請仍審理期間你需要搬到新的地址,那麽你必須通知你的律師和移民局(USCIS) 。以下為有關地址更改的信息及程序: Oftentimes, clients relocate during the pendency of their immigrant or nonimmigrant petition. Beneficiaries should be aware that they are required by law to notify USCIS of any change of address while they are in the United States. The procedure is a simple one, but it is very important that it is done correctly to ensure that both USCIS and your attorney have the updated address. * First, contact your attorney to notify them of your new address. * In order to change your address with USCIS you will need to submit form AR-11 (which you can download from USCIS website here http://uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/ar-11.htm). This form should be submitted to the following address: U.S Department of Homeland Security Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Change of Address PO Box 7134 London, KY 40742-7134 There is no fee to file this form. * Also, call the customer service number of your service center and tell them your new address. You will need the receipt number for your case when you call. ______________________________________________________________________________ 本文由範毅禹律師事務所提供 本律師事務所精辦各類勞工應聘及專業移民申請 (包括H-1,L-1,EB-1,EB-2,NIW,勞工卡,綠卡等申請)。所有申請由多位美籍律師及擁有15年經驗的範毅禹律師親自處理,我所並特設中英移民網站。內有最新移民新聞資訊及由律師主持的移民問答集,歡迎讀者流覽查詢。 www.Fan-Law.com CALIFORNIA : Fan, Fitzpatrick & Thompson, LLP. 370 E.
