the only other stock that I'm accumulating is GA... year end tax loss selling probably would pressure it to 10 at some point, at that time the EV/earning rate would be at around 10, and I'd be aggressive buyer,

the strictly worded policy from China's central bank on mortgage of investment real estate property is a huge equation changer. Would be a real good thing for China in long term, and I believe if really executed as planned, the policy should help China avoid the Japanese-style death trap in the coming decades.

but that does changes a huge lot of expectations on marco level, commodity demand may be weaked greatly at least in mid term (3 years), lot's carry trades may have to rewind at least partially, certain fevers may even get a "sudden death" treatment...
